The house is located in **Suha Punta** (Kampor), one of the most beautiful wooded areas of the Island of Rab. Nestled on a gentle slope surrounded by dense pine trees that provide lovely deep shadow in hot summer days, it is only **70 meters away from the sea** and the nearest beaches.
This location is ideal for families who want quick, effortless access to the shore, as well as for active holiday enthusiasts. Just 70 meters from the property, you can find tennis courts and a small harbor for boat moorings. On the ground floor of our family house, there is a buffet restaurant "Ludmila" where you can order meals by request or as a set menu (breakfast, lunch, dinner).
Each of our apartments offers absolute comfort with private bathrooms, Satellite TV, air conditioning, and spacious balconies or covered terraces offering a gorgeous, relaxing view of the azure Adriatic Sea. For all our guests, we provide free private parking inside the fenced courtyard of the house.
